I’m working as a business development Executive in ACI Limited. Recently, ACI limited signed an agreement with Dabur India Limited to work jointly name as Asian Consumer Care Ltd.
Company information
In 1968, ACI Limited established as the subsidiary of the multinational company Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in then East Pakistan. After the Liberation War, ICI incorporated in Independence Bangladesh in on January 24, 1973 as a Public Limited company name as the ICI Bangladesh Manufacturers Limited. In the year of 1992 ICI Company was avoided to the local management and changed the company name to Advance Chemical Industries Limited (ACI). ACI Headquarter located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. ACI is the successor of the rich ICI culture of quality product and customer service. ACI Company has diversified business in pharmaceutical, Agribusiness, Consumer brands and Retail chain.

Dabur (Dabur India Limited) is a leading consumer goods manufacturer in India. Dabur with interests in health care, Personal care and foods. In 1884 Dabur was founded by a physician in the West Bengal name Dr SK Burman, aim to produce ‘Ayurvedic medicines’. Dabur got its name – from the Daktar Burman (Doctor Burman). It’s begun as an ‘Ayurvedic medicine’ company, now Dabur made them as an Indian leading manufacture company. Dabur Headquarter (Dabur Tower) situated in Kaushambi, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad – 201010 (UP), India. Dabur a heading with hundred years of quality product and trust with customer.

ACI using Secondary and Tertiary Sector in their business this is because, they have own processing plant and tertiary activities such as providing services. ACI is a profitable business in the private sector.
Dabur (Dabur India Limited) is a Public Limited company. They are doing business globally. Dabur uses tries sector of the business are primary, secondary and tertiary. Because of this, they have own farm of ‘Ayurvedic medicines’, own processing plant, product and services. Dabur is a private sector business for profit.
Business purpose
ACI limited is largest manufacture and for profit company in Bangladesh. ACI Limited has diversified in pharmaceutical, consumer brands and agribusiness. They have different types of product like medicine, food, machineries etc. They aim to provide excellent services through world-class products, innovative processes and highest level satisfaction to the customers.
Dabur is the Indian largest manufacture company. The categories of Daburs’ consumer products are health care, Hair Care, Oral Care, Skin Care and Foods. They are for profit. Dabur has been dedicated to provide nature based healthy product and touch consumers with the hundred years trust.

ACI Limited is the public limited company- they sold shear on the stock exchange.
Dabur India Limited is the Public Limited Company in National stock exchange and Bombay Stock exchange the sold shear.
