In every organization the management plays the major role, they can drive the organization  to the right direction & to end to growth or drive it to wrong direction then  will end up to losses. How every the proper guide & plan always can be the tools for improvement, working together as a team & share the responsibilities helps to reach the goals.
Statement of the problem
This problem will be conducted in order to unravel the following questions:
1. What the major approaches & models of change management?
2. What is the impact of management in the organization?
3. What is the importance of management in an organization?
Goals of the Study:
1. To identify major approach & models of change management.
2. To find out the impact of management in the organization
3. To explain importance on the management in an organization
D. Methodology
The study will be conducted using information from the internet, In addition some interviews with people from the organization will also be done.

The changes taking place in every sector, which everyone has to accept them to be able to continue and to be in the line with others In same filed, especially in the economy sector, the business will to grow without adopting those changes. Every management set their ways of achieving their goals but they must be in line with the improvements.

Is one of the new changes which came up this a new kind of leadership required in the organizations which can guide the organization in the right direction, The manager ply the major role in managing the work and the people to get the best results in the end , it is not a personal achievement but is it supporting others to do their job in order to get win win situation.

The most important strategy to adopt the changes is to plan it the right way without implementing random methods and do the best to focus on the suitable plans and actions which can help to run the business and make the staffs satisfied and happy to do more, any plan or change must be carefully studied and keep all the advantages and disadvantages in the plan which should not affect the business and the people in the wrong way. As the both are the major tools in every business in addition keeping the mind that any new changes has to take time till everyone can accepted. The organizations target should not be difficult to achieve they should provide the required trainings and explanation before asking implementation. However, there are ongoing changes takes place every time, everyone have to be ready to do their best in changing themselves with the changes           to be able to run the business and get the benefits, The changes can help to make the process easier and using new tools helps to get better services, it can help in reducing the time and effort, for example the changes in the technology is helping the people to make the live easy and interesting to learn new things. Also those changes helping the companies to achieve their goals in shorter time with less effort.
According to Mr Ali Al Maimani : the most important advantage of changing management is that to helps to increase the changes in the business style as any new management will come up with new ideas and new ways of structures, aslo the company way of working will be improved the staff will be doing just a routine jobs without any interest.  In addition they should be going with the changes in the market and technology.

The performance management is the tools which has to be the base in the company, if it done in the right way it will help the company to grow, the impact of the managing performance is the roles and procedures with can help people to perform more by paying attention to their requirements and giving the required training to do the role effectively, coaching and observation in each stamp can help the people to develop fast, new way to managing is to be a leader not a manager, as the new generations are  more educated and can learn the system and technology fast. Implementing the new changes is become easier, the leader has to help to coach the staff how they can do their job, which part need to be focused more than other. As many people can work but without outcome in the end which can be wasting of time and effort. While the coaching in the right time can save them, even the organization can get the better results with less effort, managing the tools and skills are major part in growing the business, the management have to have a  full picture of every section in their organization, if they miss one that can take them down, the staffing in the kay of growth in every business.

The organization have to maintain in such style that the external market issues do not stop to effect the company’s functioning, even thou the effective changes need to take place without changing the standards of the organization, however always the changes can be a tool to develop the business and the working style which can help to increase the probability, which the main goal of running the business.
d) Profits Galore
One of main goals in every organization in growing the profit which can help in continuing the business which helps also in promoting their staffs & paying better salaries & incentives which motivate them to do more & be loyal to the organization driving to win win situation, The profit can increase the company’s shares in the market, it helps in opening more branches for the company and spreading the type of business, which helps the economy in the country by recruiting more people.

The success on an organization based on different things ( such as people, equipment’s and  systems) the management has to study them & have to change the working style, caring about the staffs working with them, improve the systems, if the changes no take place the organization will end & it will not find a place in competitive  market with keeping in maid the changes which can take place in every stamp of processing.
Conclusion
The management Plays major role in the Organization which depend on the success in overall, It is the Fundamentals which organization build the  trust of people who works under them & to provide the satisfaction for both as staffs & company, it must be selected carefully to ensure delivering the requirement.
Recommendation
Since the management has the power impact on the organization, they should be selected carefully with proper training & development plans to ensure they are following the right direction to drive the organization to success.’
