The Chief Operating Officer is the second head of the powerful executives in the company, and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The COO is responsible for ensuring that the systems in place to design an organization and our service are performing growth. The COO’s role is planning strategies to meet long/short term agendas.
Operations, Vice President
The Vice President of Operations is the executive who helps the company focus on strategic planning, support the goals, prepares budgets, creates a business plan, policies, oversees all the departments, officers and management, increase operating performance day-to-day. The VP of Operations reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & President
The Chief Financial Officer is supervising the overall financial risks of a business. The CFO prepares financial reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO) and communicate with other executives to ensure the maximum growth of the company. Also, the CFO works in close cooperation with the CEO, COO & Vice President of Operations to create plans and opportunities for the maximum benefit of the organization.
Finance/Accounting, Vice President
The Vice President of Finance/Accounting is the executive who coordinates the financial planning, budget management, oversees daily operations of the finance/accounting department, prepares the outlooks, forecasts, analysis and all financial reports. The VP of Finance/Accounting reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Human Resource Officer (HRO) & President
The Human Resource Officer (HRO) is to support our employers recruit, select and hire the candidates who meet our needs. Understanding of employee recruitment, hiring and retaining the procedures; knowledge of labor laws, compensation structures and employee benefits. The agents also might be involved in training, evaluating and performing the employees, as well as serve as liaisons between workers and employers regarding compensation and benefits and policies. The HRO reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Human Resource, Vice President
The Vice President of Human Resource is responsible for overseeing all of the human resources department, strategy, labor planning, job design, the visual workplace, ethics and the work environment, and labor standards. The VP of Human Resources reports directly to the Human Resources Officer (HRO).
The Executive Assistant is known as a secretary that is technically administrative worker who responsibly assists and arranges the schedules to the executives. The tasks may include monitoring, prioritizing mail, phone calls, researching and writing memos. Also, they may maintain the executive calendars, meeting agendas, presentation, prepare materials, office supplies and make travel arrangements.
Chief Information Officer (CIO) & President
The Chief Information Officer coordinates the development of all information system activities and services. The CIO evaluates overall information system operations; overseeing the design and implementation of new applications, computer systems and security; procuring new hardware and software to meet the company needs. The CIO will review and approve vendor proposals and contracts as well. The CIO reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Information System, Vice President
The Vice President of Information System is responsible for overseeing all the information system department, identify, development, decision making, and propose new information technologies and systems for improving a business process. The VP of Information System reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The Accounting manager is to manage and oversees the operation of the Finance / Accounting department, Reception, Purchasing, Billing, Payroll, and Audit. The accounting manager prepares the financial reports directly to the Vice President of Finance/Accounting and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The Audit Manager is to oversee the internal audits with an organization’s quarter audit plan, recommend to change policies, new systems or even change employee roles and team structures, manage a team of auditors. The Audit Manager prepares the audit reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
The Book Manager is to manage a team of the Bookkeeper, responsible for handling the financial recordkeeping includes financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and completing the tax forms. The Book Manager reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
The Human Resource (HR) Manager oversees all departments of workforce and manage for the employer, ensure the company is staffed. The HR manager is responsibilities on day-to-day basis and work for all issues related to the employee activity, handling the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation and training, salary and benefits for new employee. The HR Manager reports directly to the Human Resource Officer (HRO).
The Paralegal Manager is to manage a team of paralegals to vary and depend on what specific field the paralegal works in, responsibilities reaching from create and file the documents to interacting with outside clients and attorneys, investigating the facts, researching and many other laws. The outside attorneys support the legal department in whatever the paralegals need. The Paralegal Manager prepares the reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The Information System (IS) Manager must have understanding of the technology and organizational needs of the company, manage a team of administration, program and networking, implement computer and information systems, propose the projects, receiving the requests, feedback from all departments, the company needs hardware & software installation and upgrades, tools and programming of computer networks, development of intranet and public internet sites, equipment requirements and security. The IS Manager reports all information directly to the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
MEDICAL INFORMATION CENTER:
The Medical Records (MR) Manager is to manage a team of the recorders and oversees the electronic medical records functionality and procedures in the medical records department, responsible for the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and security of all patients information, ensure all the information management processes and practices with regulations and policies of the standards. The MR Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The Practice Manager is to oversee the function of their practice, keeps running smoothly, manage the budget, the category (group) of the field psychology includes psychologist, psychotherapy, case manager and technical writer. The Practice Manager is responsible for handling the request process, procedures, policies, etc. The Practice Manager prepares all reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
