The business organization of the company
My company name is Nationwide. It located at Miri near imperial mall. This company is courier services Bhd. Nationwide is companies that have a good and comfortable working environment .We visit and go this company for our interview to complete our assignment. We interview the company manager because he is one of our group member uncles. We make the appointment before going there and submit he the permission letter to make sure that we are from Curtin .We realize that this company has many branch during our interview through the company manager.
Besides, the company manager told us Nationwide has many branch. They have many different departments such has Human resources, IT department, Customer services, Management and promotion and so on. The manager also got provides us the company organization chart and explain it for us. Other than that, Nationwide also have other competitor. They need to make better services and improvement to make sure their business profit is rising. Nationwide work time is constant. They hire enough workers to delivery the package on time. This will make all the customers to trust them and become constant customer to the company. This will make the company has constant income every month.
This company has many level of organization but it is not complicated. It is a complete and easy to manage their company well.Thus,this will make the company operate successfully and have highest standard compare to other competitors. Nationwide also has good facilities and good security for delivering. All the workers have good attitude toward the customers. This will left a good image for them. Company also provide training such as internal and external training for worker increase the ability of work and give they some courses to make they become more professional. Company also make sure that all the valuable things has insurance and the company just will responsible of little amount for the entire package.
After that, Nationwide Company also has good and safe security for the entire package. Nationwide also have its own mission and vision to goal so they also have their own weakness and strengths. They will look on their strengths and improve their weakness to make sure that their company has good productivity to higher their standard.Besides,I think that Nationwide have give outstanding worker award. They also give workers suitable salary and extra commission per annual.
Nationwide have make the future plans according to their vision and mission to be more successful and move further until international level and they also have good marketing strategy to advertising their company through television and newspaper. They decide to give 10 percent discount and the price remain unchanged. The price will remain unchanged because nationwide will not able to decrease the price just want to attract more customers and win others competitors. Sometimes we will give account to someone that gives us a huge project. They decide to provide account to certain area.
To conclude, nationwide hope that they will do better and will improve their business organization to make sure their company will have good management and all the level of organization chart will do their task and responsibilities effectively.
