Air pollutants are in the air we breath, the air plants take in, same air that blows through our areas. It’s at the point we are used to it that so breathing pure oxygen would feel weird to us. It’s to believe air pollution is a serious threat to the human race and the earth ! Time as passed by since motor vehicles, factories, oil mines, etc. have reeked horrible pollants to the atmosphere for years and years.Carbon dioxide is the main thing, the source that is warming Earth. Through all the cars, planes, trains out here emitting carbon dioxide and that clearly is warming up the earth as time quickly passes by. Mining for fossil fuels in one huge problem due to the fact of the amount of pollution it throws up in the air; activities like these have pumped enough carbon dioxide into the atmosphere the damage now done could hardly be undone. Irreparable harm has been frowned upon this earth and there is no sign of change. Air pollution is a mixture of natural and man-made substances in the air we breathe.
Air pollution is waste exposures that harm the environment. These little fine particles coming from all sources; nitrogen oxide, sulfur dioxides, carbon monoxide, vapors, etc. Other pollutants are for example carbon monoxide, chemicals, Tobacco smoke.
Effects which are believed to be associated with air pollution exposure.
Respiratory diseases are very common when it comes to effects of air pollution, also cardiovascular diseases and possibly death; remove any pollutants and irritants to keep your household or workplace safe and free from such things. Air pollution exposures can be reduced by avoiding heavy traffic, and avoiding secondhand smoking. Increasing temperatures seem but not only seem but actually really are linked to poor air quality which affect the heart and lead to such illnesses that could lead to death.
Some say around the world air quality has improved over the past decades. The air quality is a threat, during incidents of pollution. Thank the universe this hardly happens. But still the current air quality still affects people’s health. In many European cities air quality is a concern; air pollution is mostly by traffic related air pollution. Air quality is therefore a common problem to almost all major cities.
Air in Europe
Europe has been seen to have one of the cleanest populated atmospheres out there. EU over the past years has taken serious procations on pollution and how it affects climate change. Various PSAs have been done in Europe, artist using their talents to show and expose people to what is going on and how we should start taking care of the earth before it’s actually too late for anything. The Government has come together to tackle this battle with new laws and international agreements.
“Since 1980, the European emissions of sulfur dioxide have been reduced by 70%, oxides of nitrogen by around 30%, ammonia by 25%, and volatile organic compounds less methane by about 35%. The emissions of sulfur dioxide are today back to the same levels as at the turn of the 19th century (1, 2). This reduction has come about by international agreements and legislation followed up nationally, by economic restructuring after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, and by switching from coal to gas and more desulfurization of emissions from power plants.”
Since then Europe has been trying to fix there air pollution levels. For example in Turkey has done various research studies on their air levels and trying to have a clear environment.

Efforts to reduce exposure to air pollution and aim to reduce exposure to air pollution by reducing such exposures out in the air. In late 2013, the European Commission adopted a proposed Clean Air Quality Package including new measures to reduce air pollution.
Serious causes of air pollution
The main cause of air pollution is the burning of coal, plus many other fossil fuels. These things are the main reason of acid rain, greenhouse gas emissions. They are an important part of the world maybe even necessary for some. In modern society, the use of fossil fuels can be made so that its burning becomes efficient, but this comes with a monetary cost. It is important to note that unless alternative cleaner option is found, we will have the future facing the same problems of pollution. Fossil fuels are used in manufacturing, transportation, heating, etc. Increased use of motor vehicles are also a huge deal on air pollution. Vehicles use fuel which sometimes is not completely burnt in the engine, which is let go in the air afterwards.
Decomposition of garbage and solid wastes are another huge deal with all the disposal sites containing biodegradable substances that send out methane gas into the atmosphere. Methane gas is the harmful gas cows also emit out, it is highly flammable and a potential disaster to the ozone layer. Garbage is enemies to the air.
Air pollution can come from natural sources such as dust, wildfires, earthquakes. Wildfires send smoke into the atmosphere. Pollution coming from natural causes remains in the atmosphere for a short period and does not have permanent change on the atmosphere as it might be the case with human activity-based pollution.Volcanic eruptions spit out volcanic ash into the atmosphere. Volcanic ash is usually dumped in the upper atmosphere, and global temperatures are lowered.
