Company Overview

Brief History:

Our analytics camps came to be in this way. We recognized the need for our youth to get outside and be active by engaging in sports. We took the ever growing data field and we wanted to apply it to our youth. We decided what better than having sports camps where young athletes can come out and compete in a variety of different measurement tests that can be comparable across the country. We give kids an incentive for doing their best by achieving different ranks across our many different tests. Once our data has been collected it will be confidential unless we get full consent from the parents to broadcast their data across our website. This can be a very useful tool for early recruiting as these young athletes can begin to develop their skills and talents early on. We want to engage all youth and be a strong advocate for getting out, being healthy, and having fun competing.

Any customer who is violating these guidelines will be asked to leave. If they decide they will not leave we will call the police to escort them away from our camps. The same is applied to all of our employees and managers. Any of our workers who is caught in possession of alcohol or drugs will be immediately fired. We desire and want our camps to be a safe environment for all, but overall we are doing it for the kids. The kids need to be surrounded by people who have the desire to invest in their lives the right way and alcohol and drugs is not a good way to be a role model to our future generations.

Safety: As previously mentioned we want everyone who is involved in our camps to feel safe in our environment. Any potential threat to our staff, other parents, or kids will be seen as an act of aggression and the police force will be called to remove that threat. Our goal is to give the kids a fun safe environment to show off their skills and have fun doing it. There are to be no knives or guns allowed at any of our camps.

Treatment of our Employees:

Ethical Concerns among Employees: If and when ethical issues rise among our employees we ask that they report it to anyone who is at a higher level than they are. We desire for our employees to immediately report any dilemma or issue that has arisen to their manager. Often times there will be many repercussions to reporting it, but we desire for our employees to be honest in everything that is going on.

Resolution of conflict among employees: When conflicts arise within our job structure among employees we want to address it as soon as possible if we are aware of the conflict. But when there is conflict that we are unaware of we want our employees to resolve their issues in a responsible right manner. If there is a conflict we want the employees to talk it out and hopefully resolve it in a professional manner, but if the issue is too big to resolve we as an organization want to be involved. We ask anyone that knows of the conflict to tell us so that we can act appropriately on the situation. We as an organization want to serve one another and be a witness to one another and the community.

Harassment Policy: We seek to look out for everyone who is involved or ever comes into contact with the organization. We stand as an organization that will not accept any form of harassment: nonverbal harassment, verbal harassment, and sexual harassment. Verbal harassment is considered as offensive comments; racial, gender origin, religion, etc. We do not stand for any verbal harassment in our workplace. Nonverbal harassment includes displaying or showing hostility towards another based on their race, color, origin, sex, etc. This includes ridiculing and poking fun at; we will not stand for any nonverbal harassment in our workplace. Lastly, there is to be no sexual harassment of any kind. Sexual harassment comes in a variety of forms and we want to address all of them. No verbal sexual harassment which includes sexual jokes or innuendoes, or anything that implies sexuality. Any such comments are not allowed.  Nonverbal sexual harassment includes displaying sexual pictures or videos, whistling or catcalling, and the like. Any such actions are offensive and are unwelcome in our organization. Lastly, physical harassment will not be tolerated in any form; no touching in any form, tickling, hugging, kissing, or forced sexual intercourse will be acceptable. The right actions will be taken towards any of these forms of harassment and the level of punishment will be enforced in line with the severity of the harassment.

Diversity Statement: We seek to serve and employ workers of all ethnic backgrounds and we appreciate the diversity that comes with our work. The diversity that is brought to our organization will be viewed as a benefit and an asset to the well-being of the organization. We serve our employees by having an inclusive working environment that is accepting of all backgrounds, colors, and race. Everyone will have equal rights and access under our law and we will not discriminate by race, religion, or background.

Treatment of Our Customers:

Our customers are our number one priority in the overall scope of our organization. We desire that our

customers would experience full satisfaction in their experience with our camps and personal. Our main

goal is to serve the kids and make a lasting impact on their live. We want to come aside the youth in our

communities and build relationships with them. Kids nowadays are becoming less and less active and we

we want to come alongside them and give them a fun, competitive way to come outside. No matter what

happens we want to serve the customer with the best interests so that we can build lasting relationships

with them. We want to anticipate our customers’ needs and meet them before they even realize their

need. Additionally, we want to be courteous to our customers by giving the utmost respect. We want

to make it known that everyone matters by treating them as if they are important.

How we Treat our Vendors: Our Vendors must not be overlooked, but we need to treat them like actual human beings. We will be open with our vendors by sharing information and priorities to being able to serve our needs better and their needs better. Additionally, we need to allow input from key vendors to help strategize and hopefully gain a competitive edge. We will attempt to gain long term partnerships with our vendors to build trust and maintain our high standards and quality in the long run. Lastly, we want our vendors to thrive so that we can thrive. That means negotiation needs to be reasonable and we need to understand that our vendors need to run their business as well.

Treatment of competitors: We want to treat our competitors with respect, but at the same time take advantage of all their weaknesses. We must love our enemies, so we ought to serve them in multiple ways but at the same time fully understand who our competition is. We have to know our competition inside and out so that we can best exploit their business. If our competitors hit our cheek, then we should turn the other one. We need to uphold our integrity and value who we are over trying to retaliate by stooping down to their level.

Impact on the Community: Our business is focused heavily on the community so our role in affecting the community at large is essential. Our business can have a great impact on the community by being a witness to those in the community, job creation, new ideas, and other benefits. Our company will hope to employ passionate people to work at our company to give back to the community that they are a part of. Their money that they have earned will be put back into the community helping other businesses thrive and the cycle will continue. Another benefit that be implemented on the community is the development of new ideas. Our new system that we will implement will spark others in the local community to come up with their own ideas.  Lastly, our business will seek to offer affordable camps as our main priority is to develop the youth and to go out, exercise, and have fun. We above all want to be selfless and create connections to best change the lives of people for the better.
