Introduction
The comprehensive purpose of this passage is to get a complete idea of needs, expectation and experiences of patients in three main situation as a health care professional. It also aims to discover the influential strategies and actions that will be useful in enabling the patient in getting independence, factors that could affect physical, social and psychological well-being of patients.
There are three main cases which are studied in this article. First case is of elderly lady who lives at home and suffering from partial blindness. Second case is of a lady who recently went through C-section and shifted to ward. Third and the last case is of a male soldier who is recovering from amputation.
The structure of this passage consist of three main parts. First an introduction of this passage, which is explained above, in second part all these cases are discussed one after other and in each case the required queries are answered accordingly. The passage also relates each given information with legislation and policies.
Scenario 1: Partially Sighted Elderly Lady at Home

The factor which influence psychological wellbeing are behavior of people and living environment (Nisbet, Zelenski and Murphy, S.A., 2009). People have to treat this women as individual. When people speaks to partially sighted women, they have to introduce themselves properly, not to ask their identity from them. And also they should not speak to them through companion, but to speak to them directly. The environment is also one of the important factor determining psychological wellbeing of partially sighted women is environment. This lady should be kept in that place where people usually spend their time. So their interaction with people remain continuous. If their interaction with other people slowed down, then gradually they started to build mental pressure over them.

There are two major factor which determine social wellbeing of women living at home and is partial sighted (Ross, C.E., 2017). The first one is the income group or social class of the society. The richer the society then smooth smoother and easy her social life is. Second factor is strength of relationship with other people and relatives. In some cases where relatives are more close to each other the social life of that particular women is much better.
Scenario 2: A Women transferred from C-Section to Ward
In a life of women there are some moments in which she have to spend some most sensational seconds. One of them is when she ended her pregnancy periods and delivered her baby (Nelson, Furner, Westercamp and Farquhar, 2010). If this process undergo some troubles than delivery is done through c-section. After spending time c-section, women faces physical, psychological and sometime social issues. The upper class society have smoother and easy her social life and in some cases where relatives are more close to each other the social life of that particular women is much better.

The social wellbeing of this person is optimistic outlook and adaptability of change. The more intense soldier carry optimistic outlook and adaptability of change, the more he can enjoy social life.
