Abstract
This paper describes the what are the current global issues at handle devouring the world today. The paper will focus on the stress issues as problem make the world unhappy and our peace is coming at a higher price for the citizenry to bear. Discussing the processes that pertain to the quality management problems in the health care today and as in the cost to get better service vis-via the nation’s health insurance. The paper will review major concerns in the healthcare in the global, such as cost, delays, management, protection, and privacy of patients care in the health, infrastructure needs for the healthcare in the poorer communities in the world. By this paper, we will understand the how stress issues such as affordable healthcare to healthcare industries as a money-making business at the expenses of the poor and needed in the society.

There are various global issues affecting the world today in the quality management problems that engulf healthcare. Stress issues affect everyone it doesn’t matter your status whether you are a leader, servant, student, wife, government, and stress happen to everyone no matter your level or your age. When person losses an opportunity, a job pressure, a person high responsibility for an obligation, debt crises due to economic. A stress issue doesn’t matter its begin but it is a dynamic condition that can affect you when you are challenged with a demand that places a hold on your emotion without an uncertain outcome, but there is a limitation that forces you from being able to do what you desire, and the stress limitation is the loss of your desire to accomplish the want.
Stress issues over the quality management issues in the healthcare of the global. The issues of quality management of the global problems such as the environmental issues of doubts of the advancement of technological innovations in the healthcare problem in the world. The doubts of the economic downturn of quality management of the healthcare organization cycle. Also, when the political doubts also affect the delivery of the quality management of the healthcare in the today global issues. Political issues of today such as a change in government, change in the political policy of the government of today in the relation to healthcare policies.
Also, the stress issues concerning the quality management of healthcare delivery in the global dilemma today, factors like the organization issues of organization policy over having a human face to the delivery of the quality management of healthcare in the global fate today, also healthcare organization becoming a moneymaking business rather than the human face to healthcare delivery to the mass people. Also, life stage of the healthcare organization in the quality management is much to be desired in the employee’s lives revolve around the demands of the availability to be at work 24 hours per 7 days leading less family time for the employees to socialization and be there for the family.
There is also stress issues of individual factors towards the quality management of healthcare delivery in global today, the individual factors of the family and personal affiliation, as the saying goes that familiarity breaks content, the kind of the affiliation have with employees and family and personal will determine the quality of the management of healthcare in the global. Also, how much a person earns as income be it earning more income beyond the individual capacity will determine the stress issues of the personal basic disposition. Also, the level of personal experience will sensible in handling the level stress handling at the quality management of healthcare delivery. The individual difference in handling social support systems from the family, coworkers, environment, management staff and economic issues will buffer the job stress factors in the quality management of the healthcare delivery in the global challenges.
All these factors of the stress issues that affect the quality management of the healthcare of the globe today issues as they affect the level of the productivity level of workers in the quality management of health care delivery of the globe today. The quality management of the healthcare delivery in the global today by the stress of quality management itself in the global today. The stress of the managing the patient waiting line at the healthcare offices is another stress of the dealing with quality management of healthcare in the global. The delays in the patient waiting line at the healthcare delivery point is the reflection of how the quality of management capacity of the healthcare service to meet the needs of the global demands for the healthcare service.
The stress of patient having wait in longer time to access the delivery of the healthcare, all that the people in the global needs is to walk in to healthcare delivery center with any prior appointment to receive treatment for any disease and critical health needs without having make a volatile appointment to get health care service, since this health care waiting time makes it complex system for the weak and needed to access it without any stress. Since all our health care system waiting line works on the “first come first serve basis” where a patient comes for service of delivery of healthcare the first patient that comes first is the one that gets attended by the healthcare delivery personnel. But the stress of patient who has a serious sickness that will need the higher priority to get without any delay causing no delays and loss of life without any misgiven about a stressful encounter with the quality of management of healthcare in global issues.
Another stressful issue of the ethical factor of the how pharmaceutical companies who go a long way to influence the employees of healthcare center if the better prescript their products over other pharmaceutical companies. The ethical stress of the bribe and corruption of being influenced by other healthcare service and pharmaceutical companies on VVIP gifts, bribe, corruption. Another stressful issue of privacy and data safe from being compromised and hacking patient’s personal information from healthcare computer system (Milstein, 1997, p87).
Conclusion- these stress issues helps us to give attention to all the quality management practices that improve the healthcare delivery in the global challenges of today. The importance of addressing these stress issues will help deal with economic losses and human relationship losses of the quality management of healthcare delivery.
