Banana is a delicious fruit that should be included more often in the diet, not only for its exquisite taste, but because it is proven to contain very important nutrients that improve the health of the body. However, thanks to recent research we have found a new benefit of bananas, specifically those that are fully ripe.

The function of this cytokine is compared with that of lentinan, which is a chemical immunostimulant applied intravenously and also acts as an anticancer agent.

The effect increases as maturity, that is, the more ripe the fruit is, the greater its anticancer effect.

As the fruits ripen, they are considering changes in their nutritional value, increasing or decreasing their properties.
