INTRODUCTION
Dato’ Sri Haji Mohammad Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak
Dato’ Sri Haji Mohammad Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak was also known as Najib Razak. On the other hand, Najib Razak was born in Kuala Lipis, Pahang during July 23, 1953. He was the former Malaysia Prime Minister who is the 6th Prime Minister of Malaysia. Najib Razak worked as the Prime Minister of Malaysia since 2009 until he was defeated in the general election of 2018. Besides, Najib Razak was the former president of a party which is called as the United Malays National Organisation which is called UMNO. The UMNO party was the guiding party in ‘Barisan Nasional (BN)’. Barisan Nasional (BN) was in power and having authority in Malaysia’s government operation for more than 60 years until the Barisan Nasional was defeated in general election of 2018 by the opposite party which is called ‘Pakatan Harapan’. Furthermore, Najib Razak was also the former Finance Minister of Malaysia currently Najib Razak has no longer authority in government operations. In addition, Najib Razak’s father was Abdul Razak Hussein who served as the 2nd Prime Minister of Malaysia. The mother of Najib Razak was Rahah Noah who is the wife of Abdul Razak Hussein. According to Stikkel (2002). she mentioned that Najib Razak completed his education in The United Kingdom and achieved a degree in economics at the University of Nottingham (H.C. Stikkel, 2002).

Which means that the people of Malaysia who are qualify voters have the right to vote which party to serve as the government of their country. As the politician party win by majority vote. Unfortunately, Malaysia former Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Najib Razak was more to an autocratic leader when it comes to leading the country. As Tun Dr. Mahathir speaks on The New York Times, he mentioned that after Dato’ Sri Najib Razak became the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Malaysia is no longer a democracy country (Paddock, 2018). Dato’ Sri Najib Razak requires legitimate power when he was the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Legitimate power is a power and authority which comes together with the position of Najib Razak was the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Therefore, Dato’ Sri Najib Razak has the authority to establish and announce the program of BR1M which is called “Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia”. According to the BR1M official online website (About BR1M, 2018) they had mentioned that Dato’ Sri Najib Razak announced that BR1M program is a privileged from the government to assist and ease the burden to the people who are low income and difficult in living in Malaysia. Thus, Dato’ Sri Najib Razak has the legitimate power to establish and start the project of Mass Rapid Transit which is known as the MRT. According to Ahmad and Sivanandam (2017), they mentioned in ‘The Star’ that Dato’ Sri Najib Razak build this MRT is one of the public transformations which can lead Malaysia to improve the better transportation system in Malaysia. In addition, Astro Awani (2014) mentioned that Dato’ Sri Najib Razak starts the Urban Transformation Center (UTC) and Rural Transformation center (RTC). This is an act of legitimate power as he started the UTC and RTC centers to improve the working performance of the government operation and the convenience of the people in the country Malaysia. As the people of Malaysia can renew any license, passport and etc in many places.
System 4 Management
Dato’ Sri Najib Razak requires the system management of benevolent authoritative. Therefore, benevolent authoritative which means to say it is required by a caring and kind leader which he was caring the people of Malaysia. According to King (2017), he mentioned that Dato’ Sri Najib Razak provide an aid as the program of BR1M. this is an advantage to support the lower income people of Malaysia. This shows that Dato’ Sri Najib Razak was caring for the people of Malaysia and ensure the poor can have a better standard of living. Additional, The Star (2010) reported in the news that Dato’ Sri Najib Razak build the 1 Malaysia concept and encourages the nation of Malaysia to practice it. As the 1 Malaysia concept and the campaign can improve the unity of the Malaysia people to ensure that the people the country has no issues with racism and learn to tolerance and acceptance with other races. This may let the Malaysian improve and lived in harmonies.
