We Need To Get Rid Of Gun Control
Think about this, what if a robber broke into a elderly couples home. The robber tries to them with a gun. But the couple has no way to defend themselves, because there is a gun control law, which says Americans cannot use or have a gun. Gun control laws cause a lot of the violent crimes in America. People should be able to know that they are safe in this world not in danger. If everyone could just get in through there heads that we are safe in this world with a gun, not without guns. Having guns in the world, yes can seem dangerous because people have access to gun when ever they want, but with people having that access can cause good and bad things in the world, we can defend ourselves whenever we need to, we are stronger with the guns, without guns we are weak. With gun control people are going crazy, there scared worried about a lot of things, they cant do without a firearm. Obama and all the other people who made the gun control laws do not understand people hunt, hunting is how most people eat, they kill and eat them but with gun control they cant hunt.
Gun control limits a lot of stuff in America, there are to many rules when is comes down to it, not saying we shouldn’t have rules when it come down to guns, just not so much. If you are going to take guns away from Americans, why not just take the away from military as well, taking gun away from us is like putting us in danger because we don’t have anyway to protects ourselves. Laws need to be changed so it can be easier for Americans to get a concealed handgun license and so it is easier to protect themselves.
Gun control has his flaws and it has its benefits. Gun control laws are just going to cause more people to acquire firearms to commit crimes illegally. But at the same time gun control laws keep people to keep their guns under lock and key to keep them from getting obtained for illegal crimes. Gun control laws are not to take peoples guns away from them. They are to keep people with criminal backgrounds from acquiring guns to commit more crimes.
Gun control laws are to protect people from crimes being committed. People are trying to say that the gun control laws are taking there rights away. Gun control laws are not taking peoples rights away but just trying to take them more aware of the possibilities that might happen if someone was to obtain a firearm and commit crimes. There are over 300 million guns in America and over more than half of them have been used to commit at least one crime. Gun control laws were made to reduce the amount of crimes in America.
The percentage of deaths and gun shot victims in America have gone down dramatically since the gun control bill was pass in all states. The gun control laws are not to take away our freedom but for us to take our lives more in to consideration and to keep those who not fit to own a gun from getting them. Gun control laws were not created to disarm everyone but to calmly keep everyone protected and safe.
The second amendment was established December 15, 1791 to regulate the militia being necessary for the security of free state. This amendment was not passed so that people can carry firearms as the please but to make it where people have the right to own them and to protect your family. The gun control law is not taking that right away but enforcing the second amendment to take more precautions on those who own a firearm. This includes background checks, fingerprints, and so forth.
The second amendment is so that people can obtain a firearm without having any ties with the militia. The amendment was created so that people could protect their homes and family and for self-defense. The amendment was created for that reason now if you do something unlawful that right can be taken away just as the right to vote. There are only certain things the amendment can protect from and the gun controls are there to help enforce those certain things get protected. Most citizens are armed to the teeth and believe that every Americans right to an AK 47- style rifle as long as they have the bureaucratic paperwork. (“ crushing new argument”)
The gun guys say that “Americans, land of shooting massacres in schools and public places, slowly falling out of love with guns.” In this they are saying that people are starting to relies that gun are for protection and hunting not for killing people of harming people in anyway. In personal believe from hunting to having a father as a cop, gun these people are used for good, but yes most people use for bad. But the more Obama and the Government are on us about not using guns, and they don’t relies that there the ones making our country and states dangerous.
