How to detoxify your body Alcohol and Drugs? Overcoming addiction to alcohol or drugs is not a process you can do yourself. If you choose to stop using alcohol or drugs for good, it is always better to make use of the many therapies and support groups designed to help recovery.

A detox diet drug

If your immediate goal is to get alcohol and drugs in your system so you can feel good and function normally, however, science indicates that some simple dietary choices can help.

The diet as a tool for drug detoxification is a two-edged sword. This chemical tells the "sufficient" brain and dampens cravings for alcohol and sugar.

What can break your alcohol detox?
