Vitamins A needed for bone growth, reproduction and cell. This vitamin will help the immune system more therefore immune system will kill more disease and viruses in the body such as Measles. Also this vitamins help to see little bit when the lights level are low therefore prevent hurting yourself when the lights level are low. This vitamins helps the skin and linings in the body to be healthy.

It converts carbohydrates into Glucose. When this happens, it produces energy therefore this will help to prevent tiredness which means people can go everyday task such as cooking.  We need these vitamins for nervous system, eyes and skins. This vitamins will helps the eyes, central nervous system (CNS) and skin to stay healthy.

Similar to B5, it will make the food to produce energy therefore this will help to prevent tiredness which means people can do everyday task such as cooking. This is similar to vitamin B5 and B12. Also this vitamin will help the nervous system to function probably and also help to keep the skin clean and healthy.

We need this in the body because this vitamin will make the food release energy similarly to vitamin B12 and B3. Produce more energy will prevent tiredness therefore people activities and can be everyday task such as cooking. This vitamin help to digest food properly by breaking down the food into small pieces. Digest food properly also helps to prevent constipation.

We need this vitamin B6 will help to develop brain particular when women are pregnant and help with immune system mostly very young children. Also this vitamins help to makes more haemoglobin in the red blood cell therefore more oxygen be carried around the body such as cells, vital organs etc.

This vitamin is more useful when women are pregnant because it will prevent birth defect. Also helps to prevent any problems developing in Central Nervous System (CNS) for example prevents developing Spina bifida much more.

This vitamin will help central nervous system healthy and help to make more red blood cells therefore more oxygen can be carried around the body. When food in the body, vitamin B12 helps to produce energy from it therefore more energy produce in the body which means less tiredness. This is similar to vitamin B3 and B5.

This vitamin wills the cells to be healthy by protecting it. This vitamin will help to heal the wound probably e.g. small cuts etc. This vitamin is similar to vitamin K.  Also vitamins C helps to keep tissues healthy and keep the tissues structured.

Complex: There are two type of complex carbohydrates which are starch and non-starch polysaccharides.

Starch: this type of carbohydrates has polysaccharides. This type of carbohydrates came from mainly plants and many people eats the food in their diet that contains starch. Starch have lots of fibre therefore this will help to digest the food properly which means this will prevent constipation. Also fibre maintain the bowel to be healthy. Most the starch and fibre are contain on the skin of the fruits and vegetable such as potatoes skin. Starch also provide energy therefore people can do everyday task such as washing, cooking and much more.

Non-starch polysaccharides (NSP): This type of carbohydrates doesn’t contain starch such as oats and also these foods can’t be digested therefore no calories is realised from it. NSP contains two form of fibres which are soluble fibre and insoluble free. Soluble fibre will help to reduce developing cholesterol in the blood therefore reduce risk of heart attack. Soluble fibre mainly contain in fruits, vegetables and much more. Insoluble fibre help the digestive system to increase energy therefore the food will properly without a problem Insoluble fibre mostly contain in pasta, cereal and much more.

Protein used for growth and repair in the bones because if the bones are broken therefore the protein will repair it. Also protein breakdown food to acid which is called Amino acid.  Amino acid will help the cells and tissue to keep structured. There are two ways that people can protein which are animal sources such as chicken and plant sources such as Muug beans.

Animal sources: This type of protein have lots of amino acid that we need in the body but animal protein have high amount of fat which means if people eat too much of animal based food such as meat that contains lots of animal protein therefore people might gain weight, develop disease such as heart disease and increase pressure increase pressure in the blood. Some people can’t eat animal based because of religious reasons therefore those people don’t consume animal protein but gain protein different way but eat more plant based protein such as Muug beans. Animal protein can help with growth and repair in bones therefore if the bones are broken which means protein will help to fix the bone and also protein can make the bone stronger.

Plant sources: Similar to animal protein, plant source also have lots of amino acid that we needed in the body. Many professional such as doctors preferred to people to eat more plant based than animal based to get protein because plant based is much healthier, less fat which means people maintain healthy weight,   reduce developing disease such as heart disease and reduce building up pressure in the blood. Also plant source will provide other nutrients such as fibre therefore body can function properly. Same as animal protein, plant protein can help with growth and repair in bones therefore if the bones are broken which means protein will help to fix the bone and also protein can make the bone stronger.

Higher the fat the therefore more calories are produces but lower the fat therefore less calories are produced. Oil also contains fat. Fat used in body to keep warm but not above or over 37 degrees. Also little bit fat but not too much will help to protect vital organs such as heart etc. There are different type of fats and oils which are animal fats, vegetable oils and fish oils.

Animal fats: This type of fat comes from animals such as pork and these fats are saturated. Also this fat will help to build bit more fat on the body therefore this will help the body to keep warm and also protect the vital organs such as the heart. People not allowed to eat too much fatty food such as donut because people might become overweight and cause serious condition such as diabetes.

There are lots of types of vitamins such as vitamin k or A etc. Each component will help to grow or developed body properly therefore the body will function properly without a problem. Vitamin B has lots of different type of Vitamin B which is called vitamin complex and their different function such as Vitamin B5. Vitamin B5 use the food to produce energy in the body therefore people can’t be tired which means people can do everyday such as cooking, shopping etc.

Similar to vitamins, we need little bit amount of it because it will help the body to function properly without a problem for example calcium will help the bones grow stronger therefore bones won’t fracture as easily. Men or women have to take in more minerals in the body for example women need more iron to maintain normal blood level because women lose more blood through their menstrual cycle. Men need more calcium because to prevent them developing serious condition such as osteoporosis and also calcium help the bone become stronger therefore the bones won’t break as easily.

Water will help the body keep hydrated and also help to keep water level normal stay normal in the body because 75% of the body made out of water. Water also help the food to digest food easily therefore prevent constipation. Water need in the body because vital organs, tissues and cells can function it properly. Some of the fruits and vegetables such as watermelon have higher amount water; also contain other minerals and nutrients. There are two water which are normal water and pure water. Normal water has minerals. Pure water don’t have any mineral.

Recommended Daily Intakes: this is also known as RDIs. This show how many we should take in nutrients and amount of nutrient we should have.  Recommended is depend on the age and gender for example women should have more iron than because women lose blood through menstrual cycle and to maintain blood level normal. This helps the body to keep healthy and keep the body balanced. People should have 97% to 98% nutrients.

• This will produce lots of nutrition for infancy to develop. Most breastfeed provide calcium. • They should have plenty of fruit and vegetable in their diet such as orange. • This will help the child grow well, repair and energy. You need these because children can keep active and children can grow quicker. If child broke their bone therefore protein will help to repair bone.

• Eating lots of fruit and vegetable will help to maintain to healthy weight. Also fruit and vegetable provide all the nutrients for body to function properly such as fibre. Fibre will to digest food probably such as prevent constipation.

• This life stage, adolescence need to lots of healthy food mostly fruit and vegetable.

• They should eat food about 3 times a day which is breakfast, lunch and dinner. They not allowed eating too much fatty food and sugary food such as crisp and much more. • They need to eat plenty of fruit and vegetable because adolescence still growing ,and male and female need certain nutrient to keep healthy such as female need more iron to produce more blood because they lose blood through menstrual cycle and  men need more calcium for strength and strong bones.

• They need to eat food three times a day regularly because this will prevent starvation or overweigh. Also this will prevent overweight and underweight.

• They need to have lots of carbohydrates in their food such lots of rice.

• They should reduce eating too much sugary food such as chocolate.

• They should reduce drinking alcohol.

• They will help them to have more energy and reduce tiredness therefore this will help to do physical activity longer without running out energy quickly.

• They should eat less sugar food at this age because this will reduce the risk of diabetes.

• Drinking less alcohol is better because reducing alcohol will prevent harmful side effect such as liver disease and reduce alcohol will help older age people.

• This life stage, they should have lot of vitamins and minerals.

• They should add more flavour in the food for taste and smell such as adding lots of herb on the food.

• They need to eat lots of protein for body to repair more. • In this age, people should have lots of vitamins and mineral mainly protein because they lose lots of easily quickly. If they have lots of vitamin and mineral therefore they can be activity because of lots energy in the body. This will help elderly people to do simple activity such as walking.

• If they add lots of flavour on the food therefore they can smell and taste the food more because at this age they lose sense of smell and taste which means they can’t smell and taste lightly flavoured food.

• They need lots of protein because at this age body don’t repair properly. High amount of protein will help body to repair properly more and also protein help the muscle to be strong.
