Congressional Ethics
In the past, a former United States Representative, Paul Broun, that previously left the congressional office at the tip of the year in two thousand and fourteen. Also, he should go to jail just like any other ordinary person would. In contrast, I guess it always goes back to politics and money, and who you know!
Third Party Candidates

In other aspects of opinions if the third party is successful they will not have the opposition backing of any of his/her agendas at play. Also to have a successful presidency, the candidate would have to be able to reach across all party lines and be able to bring the governing body together as one. The candidate has to be well known, financially equipped, and to make a successful run for president and the backing of the people.
Federal and State Authority

The state can only ensure on certain aspects before big brother meaning the federal taking over, and being more equipped in proceeding in the realm better than that of the state would. In the constitution, national can take over, all inquiries of state if they are not applicable in assisting the situation in a precise matter of miss handling cases. I also think that the state always messes up, so the federal can just do their job because they don't want to!
