PIts been 70 years since we Indians achieved our hard earned freedom but still we are unable to attain freedom by our mind.What sort of freedom is it if we still fear of government to ask for our basic rights?? What sort of freedom is it if still 1000 of people are deprived of shelter,deprived of education,deprived of food, and thousands deprived of basic rights? It is written in our constitution that we have the fundamental right to speech,right to education,right to practice religion.But I don't think everyone in our country is able to enjoy this rights equally.Only a small section of people possessing wealth and having political terms are enjoying this rights,as if the fundamental rights are only for the powerful and not for the suppressed and oppressed.People in our great nation are suppressed and oppressed in the name of caste,creed,religion,race and color.Its not that everybody is suffering but a section is suffering.But why should a small section should also suffer since the fundamental rights and democracy is same for every individual.British ruled and enslaved our nation for long 200 years and left us in misery and presently our bureaucrats, our chosen politicians and people in high positions are torturing the common public just like the British raj.
We have right to equality but we still have the latest example of dalits being tortured for their caste.Some caste are considered only to clean the garbage and drains.Is their existence is only for that.Don't they caste their vote?Is it not a violation of the right to equality?
We have right to freedom but which includes freedom of speech and expression, assembly, association or union or cooperatives, movement, residence, and right to practice any profession or occupation but still in some part of our society our mother and sisters are not even allowed to go out of the house,not allowed to enjoy their freedom,not allowed to educate themselves,not allowed to fulfill their dreams,as if their existence is all about fulfilling the lust of men and working hard for the family.In some parts if women wear modern dresses then their dignity and chastity is questioned?Is it not a violation of right to freedom?
We in our longest written constitution have right against exploitation which prohibits all forms of forced labour, child labour and traffic of human beings but its a matter of shame that in every corner shop we'll find very young children working as if the very wings of their dreams are chopped off.Minor girls are forced to prostitution.
We in our great nation have the right to religion but in the name of religion some politicians fulfill their desires ,in the name of religion people kill each other.If we don't possess morale in us,if we don't have humanity in us then we belong to no religion folks.There are several shameful incidents such as demolition of Babri masjid,khalistan movement,Hindu nationalism which led to serious riots and loss of valuable lives.So we can suffice that every individual is not able to practice to right to religion.
One of the greatest evil in our country is "CORRUPTION".In our nation corruption takes the form of bribes,tax embezzlement etc.Corruption in the Indian society has prevailed from time immemorial in one form or the other. The basic inception of corruption started with our opportunistic leaders who have already done greater damage to our nation. People who work on right principles are unrecognized and considered to be foolish in the modern society. Corruption in India is a result of the connection between bureaucrats, politicians and criminals. Earlier, bribes were paid for getting wrong things done, but now bribe is paid for getting right things done at right time. Further, corruption has become something respectable in India, because respectable people are involved in it. Social corruption like less weighing of products, adulteration in edible items, and bribery of various kind have incessantly prevailed in the society.In today's scenario, if a person wants a government job he has to pay lakhs of rupees to the higher officials irrespective of satisfying all the eligibility criteria. In every office one has either to give money to the employee concerned or arrange for some sources to get work done. There is adulteration and duplicate weighing of products in food and civil supplies department by unscrupulous workers who cheat the consumers by playing with the health and lives of the people. In the assessment of property tax the officers charge money even if the house is built properly according to the Government rules and regulations.Here in India goons and drug lords are free to live their lives in comfort and luxury as they possess enormous amount of money and the poor section is left to experience all the misery and agony.
Violence against women is such a scar on our society .Women are tortured and harassed and in the name of dowry.Rapes are so common this days as if no one cares about the dignity,chastity and pride of our mother and sisters.Rape is the fourth most common crime against women in India.According to the National Crime Records Bureau 2013 annual report, 24,923 rape cases were reported across India.We hear only a few cases because some victims don't open their pity mouth in the fear of the society or in the fear of getting killed by the criminal.The army jawans who are supposed to protect us,some of them even commit the shameful crime of rape.Today we are silent ,we may be reading about the violence upon women in newspapers and we may see it on internet and we don't care but a day will come when we will undergo the same pain and agony and we will be crying in some part of this planet and somebody else will read and see about it.
Terrorism is a big threat in India,India is a developing country who has faced many challenges in the past and currently, terrorism which a big national problem. It has faced challenges like hunger death, illiteracy, poverty, inequality, population explosion and terrorism which have affected its growth and development to a great extent. Terrorism is a big threat fighting with a government and common public for the purpose of religion, motherland, and other unreasonable motives of the terrorists. Terrorists call themselves brave soldiers however, they are not real soldiers. Real soldiers never hurt common public and they fight only to save their country from the enemies. Real soldiers fight to fulfill the purpose of a nation. Whereas terrorists fight to fulfill their own, individual and unfair purposes.A national soldier is fully responsible for his all the responsibilities however a terrorist never do that. Terrorists got their name from the word terror. Earlier, terrorism was limited to some specific areas like state of Jammu and Kashmir however; now-a-days, it has spread to almost all the areas especially regions of north eastern India. Recently, the terrorist attack in India was in Taj Hotel and Nariman house in Mumbai. In that attack, India had lost lives of many people and suffered financial loss.Here in our country terrorism spreads in the name of religion and the greed of power,Terrorists dont understand that by acting in the name of terrorism,they are bringing disgrace to their own religion and at the same time ruining their own country and people and when they are no more,hardly they could realise the damage they have done and if we have another life or the so called Spirits,these people will realise and make this world a safe and a peaceful place to live.This ugly and dangerous socioÂpolitical phenomenon called terrorism knows no limits of land, time, race, religion or creed. It is spread worldwide and is becoming more and more popular among the politically frustrated groups, religious fundamentalists and misled factions in the society.Terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir is of this nature. Widespread poverty, unemployment, neglect of youth, peasants and working class and emotional alienation are some of the main reasons of extremism in the province.Today its 18th august,2016 and its been 41 days of curfew in Kashmir,the religion is under lockdown,the basic necessities such internet,telephone,all the means of communication,the supply of fuel,markets are barred in the region.Our mother and sisters are raped inhumanly.More than 70 people lost their lives in the struggle and more than 2500 are injured and 100 of people lost their vision.So the region is experiencing the violation of every human right presently and folks if we remain silent by seeing any sort of injustice then definitely we don't have humanity in us.Because the basic character of a human being is helping eachother at times of need,we need to pick up our fellow brothers and sisters if they fall down.This is what we are and what we should do.
Although it's clear that a mostly these attacks are done by a few people of a particular religion, but just proving it, or pointing towards it won't suffice to eradicate the alarming situation we're in, globally. I humbly suggest, rather than always just pointing out that community or religion, which may also defame the ones from that very community who're absolutely innocent, we should try to discuss what can be the possible solutions! Because the global politics is already doing the same! Trying to get their benefits by miseries of millions of people.We should be united and try to get the solution of this global issue.From such irreligious act only politicians and bureaucrats are getting the profit,they made it the issue for spreading hatred and evil,they made it the issue for their election rallies.Now terrorism is a major threat to the entire human race,terrorists belong to no religion as no religion encourage terrorism.If we continuously keep blaming each other then there will be no change..people will die and someday,some place it will be our turn to suffer and feel the pain unless we decide to act now.If now we don't act,if now we don't stop blaming others then it is for sure that today we may not suffer but tomorrow our next generation is surely going to suffer and it will be us who will be responsible for it,because rather than finding a solution,rather than asking snd compelling our govt.to take action ,we were busy pointing finger at others..!! Killing is a crime against entire humanity.No war is holy,its not written in any holy book .The holy Quran,the holy Bible,The holy Gita and all the holy books are against this. Then how could one relate terrorism with a particular religion.??

But folks think about it and be just,be truthful and be rightful.Don't be selfish,what sort of human are we if we don't look upon eachother?? If a child,a woman,a man ,an elderly person cries dn we must feel their pain and agony,this is humanity.And if we can't be a human atlast dn our degrees and our education are worthless ..!!i Its time for us to act,its time for us to feel the sorrow of others,we must be united ,we must raise our voices together.We must fight the vices in our society and country,if not for us then atleast for our next generation.
