The Passion of Being a Lawyer
The reason why becoming a lawyer is a career I am passionate about is because criminal justice has always been something that has always caught my attention. I see myself protecting and fighting for the people that have been a victim of a crime. This world does need some justice. The justice system will be introduced to a lawyer that has not only taken this job for the good pay like many other lawyers but to throw the poisoned apples away where they belong, in other words, prison. Many criminals have been proven innocent due to their strong lawyers, however, I will become a stronger, and more intellectual lawyer that will put all criminals in a prison serving the punishment they deserve while the victims can live a safe and stress free life.

These duties are necessary to accomplish due to the fact of a client wanting to win the case and a lawyer that wants to be successful in his or her career. These duties demonstrate a number of responsibilities that a lawyer is proven to accomplish. The duties explain how clients always come first. Clients are the number one priority for a lawyer once they have taken the case. Next, the lawyer and client discuss the amount of money the lawyer or firm will be charging the client per hour worked on the case and the client will display how much the client wants to the defendant the lawyer also helps the client understand how he or she will be able to sue and how much they're able to receive from the lawsuit. In addition, after negotiating how the client will be able to pay their attorney the lawyer will explain the process of what the client can and cannot do to help the case come to a win. Next, the attorney goes over the case and looks through every page, report, and statement to understand what the lawyer can use during court to help the client with confrontation by of the defendant uncomfortable questions that will bother them. In addition, if it is a major case the lawyer will go over every word the client would have to say the press and when to stay oblique. During this duty a lawyer is the puppeteer to his or her client they tell their client when to speak when to answer a question during interrogations with other lawyers or law enforcement. In addition, lawyers also go through a research process on the case. This demonstrates how a lawyer plans and researches where the client went wrong and how they can use something else to help the jury forget that the mistake the client made wasn’t as bad as that mistake the other individual business made. In addition, this duty makes a lawyer go through the case almost with a magnifying glass for they can be able to pick and choose any detail the lawyer has missed that can help them win the case or at least get part of the jury on their side. After this process, a lawyer has to explain the case and the reason why it should be brought to trial. This process helps the individuals and/or businesses understand how laws and regulations should be followed and taken seriously. This is when a lawyer comes up with ideas or strategies to get the jury on their side. Lawyers use these strategies to unblind the jury and make the defendant look like the one the who has been wrongdoing. During this duty a lawyer is the puppeteer to his or her client they tell their client when to speak when to answer a question during interrogations with other lawyers or law enforcement. In addition, they prepare their client by asking questions that will be asked by the attorney of the opponent such as by asking questions that will throw off their client and with this preparation of their client it will be way of representing them. Lastly, another way of representing their client is by “objecting” to irrelevant questions that will make their client look back but however, the question will not have anything to deal with the case. In addition, this duty makes a lawyer go through the case almost with a magnifying glass for they can be able to pick and choose any detail the lawyer has missed that can help them win the case or at least get part of the jury on their side. In the last duties it explains how other jobs should be chosen.
