The GREAT BEAUTY company has its sales in beauty care products, baby care products and the all types of cosmetic products in Australia but it sells the products using only little technologies. The GREAT BEAUTY company uses old techniques like storing the products in shelves to sell the product and has customer staff service members to help the customers to know the identity of a product. The customers have to meet the store to know the product details but whether it’s a simple retail shop or a big company like GREAT BEAUTY there is a need to deal everything with advanced Information Technology which helps staffs and customers to have access with everything they sell.
The problems we face with GREAT BEAUTY:
• The way we manage and motivate the staff:
Any business can get into a good position based on the staff only. If we maintain a good staff who can handle any situations or the issues we can get from the clients then our company can be in good position. The staff is the one who should handle the clients so he/she should be so patience and good communication skills. We should take care of staff we should make them happy to work effectively. We should make them comfortable for selling products. We should handle their leaves and sickness during working period. This is one of the biggest challenges that we face when we develop a beauty company.
• Moving into offers zone:
People mostly show interest when we they find offers on product. So we if think this point like making offers to the customers can create a problem to us.if we start our business with offers then reputation of the company gets decreased and this leads the company to get closed. It so hard for the organization to get back the original price of a product. Making advertisement with small paper presentation is not enough to get a new client. The best and effective way is social media. One of them is facebook which can bring awareness about beauty company. Mostly we don’t find people who look into the cheapest products or offers so we should not provide offers in this company.
• Non brand products:
If we provide the cheap product to the customer then the clients of our products will get reduced.
• Injuries to the customer(Customer satisfaction):
We must take care of the products what we sold to the customer. The seller should make sure that the customer does not get any injury to the users.
• Recollection of information:
It is so hard for the customers to find whether the product which they required is present in store or not. The GREAT BEAUTY does not depend mostly on information technology so it creates a problem to the company. If customers required any product he cannot find it directly from the home he should call to customer staff service or he has to visit the store.
• Improper planning or the way they expose: planning or the way they sell the product to the customer is not good. People store the product in shelves and sell the products to customer and they maintain a pay slip bill with them know the remaining products details. This may cause difficulty for them to know which product is available in shells and customers have to meet the shop to buy a product.
• Low use of Information technology in business: low use of IT results in decrease of down time, low productivity happens, save on staffing cost happens and here in this GREAT BEAUTY people count the products regularly instead maintain information about the products in system can give the list of products available without recounting.

Stakeholders are team of individuals who has rights and interest in company decisions. They can be internal and external. Stakeholders is anyone who involve in development of the product , managing the product, hard working with the product, involving in rules and regulation either directly or indirectly and also the owner of the product.
Internal stakeholders are the individuals within the business external stakeholders are not within business.
Internal stakeholder’s main motto is about satisfying customers and gaining profits with them. They include employees, manager and owner

Employees: employees are the one who handles the issues are the problems created to the users.
Owners: head of the organization and the finalized decision is taken by the owner.
Managers: He is the superior of organization. He is the point of contact of all employees.managers are of different types they are sales manager, warehouse manager and marketing manager
Ic team manager: he is the one who manage and maintain use of computers and telecommunication within the organization.
External stakeholders:
Government: The government impact is more on the companies. The government wants the business companies to pay tax and follow the rules and regulation declared by it.
Stoke holders:
These people hold stoke of a product. They maintain the complete information of products availability.
Creditors: collecting the payments of loan and interest of loan.
