Description: ERPSim is a business-related simulation game which relates to SAP ERP and SAP S/4 HANA in which all the participants use a real ERP system to manage their virtual company in a competitive market. Only one company wins at the end but with the help of ERPSim game everyone will improve their business processes and their understanding of how ERP systems are effective at managing those processes.

Scenario: Every company has to fulfill customers’ demand immediate delivery, and can sell products that are present in inventory, therefore anticipate well in advance and manufacture required raw materials. The extended scenario adds product design, finance and investment strategy, the main goal is to develop and execute business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Each person in the team was given one role and was responsible for different operations in the cycle.

• Sales manager forecasted demands each period. Based on forecasted sales units’ planner generated production plan and a purchasing plan.

• Used SAP Lumira which is a data visualization application for generating report and to analyze other teams’ strategies.

• Depending upon the reports generated we used suitable strategy for each cycle.

• Applied various MRP strategy for materials.

• We optimized our suppliers by ordering necessary materials at one go.
