The technology has really developed this has permitted people all the facilities and services they need at their disposal, with changes every day in every aspect of life. It is amazing that people really have all they need in as much as security is concerned, for instance, people are secured against hunger as well as poverty but they are not secure against health problems. AS time continues it is really becoming hard to maintain health and recovering when one falls sick is not sure. HIV/AIDS has been a headache for decades now people have been trying to ease the symptoms but not to reduce the virus completely.

It is true that clinical trials are considered to be the most successful decision to try the vaccine and to try its level of efficacy as well as safety (Bloom and Lambert 2016.). However, it is true also that, the question of vaccine trial is really controversial since it may or safe people and free them from the disease or create a high risk, the situations in which individuals may face aggravations as well as lethal outcomes. To begin with, you will realize that nowadays scientists are also making claims that vaccines may be dangerous not only to the patient but to the healthcare as well. Literally what they mean is that the vaccine may spoil the reputation of the hospital or the health institution as well as lose the patients trust to the hospital and the doctors at large. Even though there are a lot of clinical studies that are conducted so as to provide a solution to the problem facing the health section you will realize that it is done with very minimal effort as well as expenses. In fact, in case the patients require that they are compensated for the physical damage or any discomfort that is caused to them, the clinic may incur a lot of loss.

  Contributions of Opposition

However we should not disregard the efforts that are made by the opposition, and therefore this issue should be taken very serious and comprehensive investigation, as well as analysis, should be conducted to avoid any bad results from happening. It should be known that it is ones right to take part in the trials or not this is because if the outcome of the trial turns out to be dramatic someone may sue the doctor and even the hospital. Despite the fact that one must have taken part in the trials without being pushed, again this patient may not feel okay with the rules as well as the procedures that are followed in the trials and finally the patient cannot welcome the experience of health deterioration that is as a result of the trial (Brode et al).To be precise people are not ready to take the risk of feeling physiological discomfort simply because what is being tried is not known to the public and the patient to does not understand what is involved in the trial.

It is possible that the trial conducted by the clinic may turn out to be less effective than the treatment that the patient is getting or it may end with, very huge aggravations. It also important to note that, frequent people suffer the side effects of such treatment, which may be soft as well as severe. However other effects can be seen within a short time while others are vivid and take a long time and can even be transmitted to the offspring. I agree too that, the Vaccine trial should comprise a lot of preparatory actions before the actual vaccination. It has been noted that people from poor countries agree to take part in the trials without considering any possible difficulties that may come after. I also accept that the fact that one may not be competent with what is being injected into their organism is a very big disadvantage. However, this can be the placebo, or the active new drug or just some new aspects of the standard treatment but anyway there is a risk of reverse sides which may end up dramatically.

However, the scientist assures in the equal of the vaccine placebo among the users what creates a great risk of volunteers, who are not infected but just predisposed to the disease. On the other hand, researchers also state that the healthcare system attempts to find a solution quickly as possible that is why the world experiences so many medical errors as well as failures from which ordinary people suffer. Now apart from pointing some disadvantages of implementing the vaccine trials, such decision offers a lot of positive aspects that may improve the situation with the level of AIDS. First of all, the vaccine trials reside in the new attempts at fighting the disease and helping those who have already lost hope in recovery. Namely, the vaccine trials are the chance to experience the methods which are considered to be better and more productive. What is encouraging is the fact that, the scientists improve their attempts by adding more efficient ingredients which eliminate any cases of aggravations at all, this is after years of failure. It is possible that the outcome is not affected at all or just better consequences from the standard methods. It provides a chance for the better treatment. It is evident that individually the new vaccines mostly possess less side effects than those medications that exist and are applied for a long time. People realize that nothing can be more, worse but to the contrary, it may turn out to be more effective.

 Stand

Taking into consideration all aspects surrounding the whole thing of the vaccine trial, I agree that, what is more, vaccine trials is the great option for those who experience the financial hardship at the same time cannot afford the promising treatment. To be specific, some patients perceive the vaccine trial is the way to recover since they do not have any other option and you will agree with me that most of the people become volunteers since it is totally free. What is more encouraging is the fact that, those who take part pay nothing to part and are ensured to be able to continue their standard treatment after the trial procedure. However, there are cases when the trials’ patients get the reward for their participation or their transportation and all the costs for it are given back. You will also agree that people from African countries together with those with a low level of life are always the first one to volunteer since they take it as their last chance for rescue. All in all, you will also agree that the vaccine trials the most successful and objective way to find out the level of drug efficacy and its ability to help the patients. Namely, the pharmaceutical companies get the data and analysis of the drug trials and not only define how potential it is but why it fails. However, when it happens so that the vaccine is not approved, the researchers realize the reasons for failure; it gives them the guide what to apply next and what should be changed.

I also have no doubt that the scientists have an intention of using the vaccines on those people who are not infected but for those who are vulnerable (Putney and Bolognesi 1990.). This is observed by people as an ability to rely on modern science which by million tries and errors can produce the real development. Particularly, it means that the vaccine trials are ethically not challenging because those who take part are at high risk and it is in their interest to try. You also realize that these days, more and more healthcare institutions implement the vaccine trials because, after the range of disappointments, they claim about productive and very promising developments. It is true that vaccine trials are the step forward in the global fight against AIDS that is why it is critical to continue the vaccine trial which is the end may result in one, most efficient drug.

A lot of debates were conducted to discuss the moral side of the vaccine trials and the decision to execute the attempts on humans (Fast 2015.).  Some people would claim about the violation of the human rights to be fully protected and ensured in the recovery, but the issue lies in the free will as well as the right to choose. This simply means that the patients are not forced to take part in the trials; it is out of their choice and decision. However, the AIDS vaccine trials are still impossible on animals because it will show dubious results that may create a very dangerous situation. This is so because animals’ and people’s reaction to the vaccine is quite different at will create more risk to license the drug tried in animals but counted on human disease. That is why vaccine trials must be a widespread phenomenon, that not only gives a chance for recovery but offers a range of future possibilities as well as advances. However, the scientists believe that they are on the brink of the medical revolution since some of the recent studies and trials proved to be effective. I have to mention here that, these days the scientists present the world with the so-called therapeutic vaccines which allow treating the disease without the common methods and organism intrusion. To be more precise, such kind of vaccine does not bring any harm but to the contrary boosts the immune system and allows the body to fight with the symptoms for the months without injecting the ARV drugs. It also important to note that, with a range of positive sides the vaccine trials may bring, some changes and improvements should be done for the more accurate results. Although, the scientists very often do not take into consideration some of the physiological aspects what ends in the aggravations and long-term diseases. Before any vaccine trial, the precise evaluations must be done and it would be beneficial to count the place of origin, age, gender and some mental characteristics of every participant. Mainly, it can disclose the new dimensions of the human organism, how these conditions affect the process of treatment, whether they serve as the engines for some adverse or positive results. On the whole, vaccine trial is the way to not only find the solution but to see the tools for preventing it and saving the new generation from its influence.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it is important to note that, the scientists very often do not take into consideration some of the physiological aspects what ends in the aggravations and long-term diseases.
