ASC Realty Inc. is one of these interested businesses in managing a house from a long distance and using our services to help them achieve this. Therefore, we at SAS did not doubt on accepting their request, at an affordable price, and to certify their success in this.

This will make it easier for ASC realty Inc. to administer this house from a distant place. Our costumers are always right and we try to solve any problem as quick as possible. It can even cause the tenants to look for another place to lease; leading you to having to advertise and make you go thru a hard time and loose money.  This online service is perfect for this since technology makes it easier to communicate from another part of the world in an instant. You can manage your rentals thru the app and make it easier even though they are out of the country or at a long-distance.

In order for ASC Realty Inc. to have a successful management of their long distance property located in Panama, they need to have an organized reliable service to help them with their property management.

Objective

This sales proposal will give people a chance to invest more confidently in long distance properties. It will later show the benefits of having SAS services for property management used by ASC realty Inc., and how it improved their employment.
