Why DID I Leave: Jelly (staff manager),He Keep Inviting DDOSERs,(WillyBumFun, AsianSlave, I made a video Exposing him and what he's doing he got mad and he starts making Strikes which was lies, I exposed him giving Karma(Faction) some free stuff and he got more mad, so he demoted me for DM him (LOL). I was With T0ES when that Happened.

Why DID I Leave: so when I got demoted from Strivepvp, Jelly (Strivepvp Manager) Decide to get me demoted in daedricmc, he came online and start saying some lies, like telling the owner I said (KYS) trying to get me demoted and that workes [IF u need proof I have everything u ask even PM’s]

and I have to be a staff member in a small server like some HCF servers with 30 members which am not going to mention them on here
Why do you want to become staff?:
I want to become staff because I am a loyal player whilst on any server and I play factions on a daily basis. I plan to do my job to the best of my ability, and I won't be that one person who literally just sits in game playing and not moderating at the same time or just doing absolutely nothing. I also will be that one person who is very active in the game just trying to find players in the game while at the same time and in TeamSpeak or discord ready to help whoever needs help in general, because that's why I'm applying to Faithfulmc, to help people out. Whenever I am in a game, and in TeamSpeak, I will always try to always stay on the positive side of everything. I also want to try and ensure that there's always not a cheater online, I know that's going to be most likely impossible but I want to try my best. Fulfilling the players is a key thing and each staff part ought to dependably have that as a primary concern. I want to become staff on FailtfulMC since I want to make new companions and have the capacity to converse with more individuals. Since I am extremely active, I can better the staff team, (ex; banning hackers, assisting people in TeamSpeak,
checking what goes on in-game including chat). I would also accept this position to a great degree truly yet with energy and alert. I truly just enjoy helping players a lot, by following the greater part of the standards to staff is set with, and work my way up, and to help improve dedicated a more place than it as of now is. Its dependably been an enthusiasm of mine to help individuals, and I need to execute that into a major server where I can possibly have any kind of effect by influencing players.
Why should we accept you as staff?:
am Very Experienced With Dealing with Stuff out of Ordinary, such as Dealing With Spamming in chat, Hackers, Abusers, Toxic Staff Members, listening to the manager/Higher Staff member,Plus I don't care about the Blue Rank (Helper rank) I just wanna hell the server will be a better place than it is Right now, Make the players Enjoy there Stay.
As a staff member, I would do a couple of things.
– I would stay in the support room calls so that whenever someone needs help with anything I would move them into the call and fix it for them.
– In the server, I would make sure there are no hackers and if there is I would ban them.
– I would make sure the server is not lagging, there are no bugs, there are no dupes.
– I would make sure that all the toxicity will be fixed and cleaned out, with my attitude and words it will never be repeated again.
– Lastly, I would make sure that other staff members are active too as I want to be equal to the others so that other people have a chance for promotions too.
-I don't think I am better than other applicants. I just think that my experience as Leader of a powerful faction helps me understand the factions system. I think that means I can handle myself in a conversation and that I have leadership abilities.
