Introduction:
The learning process as an integrating processes between the parent, community and school, in order to led for successful learning there have to be a community between parents and school, this led to a lot of positive points, also there are too much problems in parents and community involvement, so education is a society issue, all the people related to this issue should participate, and the best teacher let the parents to participate in the school because the parents play an important role in rising up with the society and increase the students achievement, the school can't achieve the goals without planning, and parents with the society participating, I will display two problems and talk about them with their problems and solutions, how these problem impact the teachers in school, so finally I will put some suggestion to solve these issues.
Body:
In general I founded a lot of problems that I would like to mention like parents involvement in the school and interrupting with the hair cut, the parents day and everything about students or the school, but to be more specific I would like to talk about main two problems that are trending right now, the first problem in parents involvement is stopping the teaching process because of wrong interrupting in wrong times, like for example when the parents come to the school when the teachers are busy, or when they get involved in the exams times, sometimes the parents goes to the school in the middle of the semester and wants to change something so it's hard to change anything during this semester all the goals will be stopped and all the achievement too, I will give a real life example that happened in Bahrain, when Bahrain applied the numeracy strategy books in the schools, when the teachers applied this book in the schools all the parents and community stand up against this book so they all combined together in order to stop this book and the reason is that it's not useful, what I want to say is the when the sociality want to do something they are able to do it no matter what, all the teachers should understand and learn how to communicate with parents, if the teachers learned these two skills they will reduce this problem or maybe going to stop it, involvements are not considering a problem when the parents choose the right time and the right place, some parents don't know when it's time to participate with school or give their opinions about something this is why they get involved in anytime, some of the teachers be anger because of this and it's may cause some sensitive situations between the parents and teachers or the school in general, the teachers should understand that the parents are afraid on their kids future and this is an average thing and normal behavior from the parents, on the other the parents too should understand that the teachers are working for their kids to come up with the best result and to make them a good people in the society when they grow up, so understanding should be from the two sides, involvement have a two pictures positive and negative, it's positive when the parents come to the school with great ideas and really want to develop the school to be much better with using the right methods without interrupting with the school work or doing something may cause some problems, any problem that happen to the school or the teachers their self's it's direct will affect the students in wrong way, when someone want to achieve goal or objective he should have clear mind and fresh ideas.
There is other problem that I would like to discuss about and its parents standing against the school decisions in everything, when a person want to advise you he should have a simple method that not cause any sensitive situation or cause a problem, that mean to come in the school with real intend in benefiting the teachers and students, parents and community opinions are important and the teacher are must accept it for sure, but when they stand against everything and all the time nothing is good this is not a good way to make a friendly relation with the school, parents should have to understand giving opinion is something and break the school work is something else.
I want to suggest a lot of solutions that will help the teachers, in their jobs and me too in the future when I will become a teacher, ministry of education should do some workshops for the teachers and parents to let them know about dealing with each other and to make their relation much better, workshop after workshop will be able to do this job, the other solution is to let the parents express their ideas by doing more than one open day, and let them to till their opinion or everything they want to say, there are no specific solutions everything is possible.
According to child trend research (2013), Parental involvement cause fewer behavioural problems as child behave in a good way when parents involve in the learning process in the classroom, also the research said that parental involvement in classroom environment improve and develop the students' academic achievements as the do better in academic matters that are related to the subjects in the classroom. Also the child trend research (2013) points out that are parental involvements in classrooms in schools foster the students to complete high school rather than the students with no parental involvement in their sons and daughters learning process in school. Also the research states out that parental involvement shows a lot of advantages in both primary and high school classrooms and the research emphasize that the large amount of positive aspects is the parental involvement in primary school levels as it show lot of improvements in the learning process of children as it help students in achieving better in school and to do well in homework as the results shows that parental involvement make the student do much better in their homework. According to child trend research (2013) , 'Involvement allows parents to monitor school and classroom activities, and to coordinate their efforts with teachers to
encourage acceptable classroom behaviour and ensure that the child completes schoolwork'. Also the research states out that parental involvement can be useful in solving student's problems in their learning process as it can be useful in overcoming their learning disabilities and solving their learning issues and improve their performance level in school.
Conclusion:
To sum up, I want to say that I have to learn how to deal with the parent, and to help them in everything because at the end this is their kid's benefits and in order to make this process become meaningful for both teachers and students, so I will develop myself to be a better teacher in future after I graduate. Parental involvement is important for students to success in school and to achieve better and we as a future teachers need to learn the techniques of how to make parental involvement be beneficial in classrooms in schools .
