Manipal College of medical sciences and teaching hospital is located in Fulbari Pokhara, Kaski Nepal. It was established in 1994 with a 700-bed capacity. The mission of Manipal medical college of science and teaching hospital (MCOMS) is to be among the most preferred destination for students and teachers of health science at all levels of medical education in Nepal. Motivation with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theories
Abhram Maslow's motivation theory is that human being are motivated by unsatisfied needs. According to the Maslow there are basic types of needs that that must be satisfied before a person can do unselfishly. This is not applied for a person, it's also used in a group of people or organization. It means peoples are influence by Maslow's motivation theory and they used it their company or organization, either is private or government and also it could be health organization and could be education but the Maslow's motivation may apply any kind of organization.
In this manipal college of science and teaching hospital somehow they are applied Maslow's motivation theory based on physiological needs, they are providing 24 hours ambulance service within city area, 24 hour emergency service variety of foods and drink in canteen for patients and visitors, huge waiting station. They have their own law and they follow the government rules and regulation also freedom for fear to everyone which all of this called safety needs they provide positive positive awareness program in society, provide healthy relation between their staff and patient with hospital which give and receive social interact and love each other, and also it provides esteem needs, meaning that there are two factor belong to esteem which are internal and external motivation. Those are likewise self-stem, accomplishment and self-respect which called internal and reputation and recognization are external motivation. And also they are using self-actualization needs theory, which means kind a quest of reaching ones potential as a government. Which shows to the public areal truth ness, justice, widow and meaning of work and service.

(Short ell and kaluceny 1997) The open system theory state that there is a relationship between an organization and its external environment. It needs to be flexible, adaption and introduce innovation.
