Total Quality Management (TQM) is an important and main focusing approach towards any company success.  TQM approach is most beneficial for the improvement of worth and performance in all functions, departments and development diagonally the company to provide quality services which beat customer expectations. TQM helps to inflate the scope of quality of every department from top management to lower level employees.

 It allows management to espouse a strategic move toward quality and put more effort on obstacle rather than on inspection. Through TQM, any company’s employees can be trained in a professional manner and optimistic to make decisions on their own. It is a good way for the improvement of overall quality and attains higher standards. It is an explanation to get desired TQM results, because without your employees on board and feeling empowered; you might as well be swimming upstream.

You can implement a change by observing the information or data collected from an organization. The results or information flashed from an organization’s survey or other customer feedback tools must now be used to make the essential alteration to the quality assurance process.

This could involve more management expansion, customer service training, higher levels of staffing, correction to the production process, changes to the product or services that you manufactured or delivered, etc.

The elementary approach is to study the responses received and use it to constantly improve the organizational processes in delivering the products and services it sells to its customers.

While implementing changes you must ensure that not only the lead but each member of the QA team has an interconnected relationship with each other, counterparts. Your product’s customers/stakeholders are your greatest allies, so you should meet with their requirements and needs while implementing vigorous changes in your assessment. Get some important point in your hand and write some more robust unit tests to make further changes if required. Explain all the changes to your clients and whole QA team at some stage in discussing your test plans and strategy. Ensure there's good communication and understanding between the disciplines.

It is important to reminder that although TQM training must be in line with other (normal) training activities in an organization, TQM training differs from traditional training. TQM training is continuous and constant. If not so, it will not attain the TQM objective of nonstop improvement.
