More unfamiliar a building is, any person will compare it metaphorically to what they know. This matching of an experience to another is a property of all thoughts, particularly that which is creative. Architecture is essentially public (Andrew Benjamin ,2003). 3.4 Gandhi Smarak Sanghralay, Ahmedabad India
This memorial museum in Sabarmati Ashram where Mahatma Gandhi resided and from here he started his historic march to Dandi (CharlesCorreaAssociates). This memorial was built as an homage to Gandhiji which read his letters, pictures and documents. The unique relation of this space is the culture and theory behind the planning of this memorial.
