' ICT :Information and Communication Technology
ICT is the abbreviation for Information and Communication Technology.It involves framework that supports systems in organizations that enables present day usage or operation of computers. According to Collins dictionary ,"ICT refers to activities or studies that involves computers or other electronic technology."
ICT comprehends a worldwide system of computer network and also nomadic computing (mobile computing) which deploys the use of devices that can be easily carried anywhere and anytime.
Examples of ICT include artificial intelligence such as robotics, telephones, smartphones, Digital TVs, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) and Internet.

'ICT penetration is growing horizontally across all sectors, but now it is important to establish the building blocks to enable the sector to develop vertically and stand alone as a future GDP contributor,' according to Salim Sultan al Ruzaiqi ,Chief Executive Officer of the Information Technology Authority. So we can perceive that Information and Communication technology is the mandatory need of the hour for the sustained growth of the country as a whole.
"Spending on ICT is usually historically low compared to other sectors. However, the government is beginning to understand the long term benefits of sustaining investments in the sector", quoted by the authority accountable for domain advancement and supervision bureau.

' Oman e-government Architecture Framework(OeGAF)
* The major goal of OeGAF is to achieve and develop a service delivery model such as deploying the use of ICT in advisory services to government organizations in actualizing IT dynamism, IT administration schema and protocol for national ICT establishment.

* The secondary dominant objective of OeGAF is functioning of affiliated standards and secured guaranteed structure.
* e.oman: It is the synonym for e-governance in the Sultanate of Oman.

The support from HM is innumerable and his long vision for creating a digital Oman has led to the enhancement of educational portals, administrative easiness and comfort is experienced in all spheres of life starting from very small departments to large diversified ministry's office.Hats off to the government of Oman and its leader in setting up cyber crime laws and in gaining a ICT Development Index (IDI) value ranking jumped from 68 in 2010 to 54 in 2015 (out of 167 countries).
Thus,ICT applications and it diversification is a key for the overall development of the economy of the country and for the enhancement of socially responsible and technically educated citizens.

As rise in number of individuals in group,there can be more subgroups resulting in lower contentment and reduced unity among the individuals of the group.

Increased time and efforts will be invested for discussions and may lead to negotiations to accommodate different perspectives.
o Clashes among the group members
