With everyday passing by new breakthroughs are being achieved new skills are required highly educated and skillful labors are required in order to fit into the business. Business have being grown very smart and very fast that is because customers are growing in knowledge as well. A few years ago no one worried about food nutrition and calories but in recent days the public grew smarter and are going healthier that are because they have learned about products that are selling artificial flavors’ smells and adding preservatives are health hazards. How did the public come to know about chemicals in such depth? This is due to the world growing smarter and growing depth thanks to the education level increasing and being more available around the world easily. A few clicks away and you could be on your way studying at the comfort of your home for a high level degree. In this country going back to twenty or thirty years back , it would never be concern the companies to hire a employee a candidates without a degree, they would higher him/her without any complications. In fact there are senior level and top management posts field with high experience staff that don’t have any degree, till today. These levels are placed in the order of 1 being the first level and 3 being the highest level. Each one of these levels is well recognized and has their values in the job market. M.A. earns the student a middle level in the job market and the PhD earns the top level in the market level after earning the PhD there is no company in this world that would not want you to work with them especially in the Arab world this degree is highly appreciated and is in high demand due to is being in the scarcity zone.

However after this level of difference amongst other qualified students the company demands for more difference for something that is one in a million a creative mind a dynamic student one that make a company from lowest to the highest level someone who can see a vision and implement it to perfection. In order to find this one, the companies look for more difference. These days when a candidate applies for a job in the market they first look at the educational background after the candidate has meet the needs of the company the look at the candidates’ indviusial activities and his participation in the events or organizing events. The reason a company looks at this is that they want to see how flexible this candidate is and how he can manage his educational life and his personal life and yet get time to make or be a part of an event. This flexibility shows the company that this candidate is devoted and committed to all what he does and does not neglect and that the candidate is time conations and time efficient and the candidate wants to achieve the all the he or she can in this life and progress in life.

From personal experience, a professional who worked for over twenty five years in the banking field was still finding it difficult to get a job in banks, the reason for this difficulty is that he didn’t not obtain a B.A degree. In most cases in his interviews with the employer they said that “that you are all what a professional bankers is accept without a degree”. In when it was time for a promotion he was always overlooked and the other staff who had the degree was always favorites by the higher post staff.

As it can be seen from the candidate description the first line is that he should hold a degree and later on experience and skill in MS Office that is one of the skill being taught to us by the college.

My situation.

After completing my second year in studying the B.A. course I was very filmier with how accounting is being processed and what does the finance department process, as well as that the language being used in such departments. I have learned who uses the information processed by the department. The most important point that I have taken down is that every origination profitable or non- profitable always need a finance department and that no matter how good the management department of the company if the finance department is not professional the company could end up bankrupt, the vital point would be that if a company of strong financial company would exist in a country it would raise the country’s economic level. I have even managed to learn that auditing is a very important and difficult process that is used to find accounting errors and fraud to improve the company. And ever since I have completed the diploma and submitted my resumes I have been getting interviews, without doubt the international degree has helped me getting recognized by companies.

Conclusion

The benefit of degree does not end at any certain time in our life sometime, in pursing further studies in personal reference. To start a career it would be very difficult without a international degree, a candidate wouldn’t be recognized. The benefits for in the course of international bachelors degree is that the course helps students use the equipment fluidly. The equipments vary from what field is a student in, for example software engineer would learn how to use specific a software and not waste his time in learning about other programs.
