1. Autocratic Leadership

2. Democratic Leadership

The unique characteristic of this leadership is that communication is up and down. Democratic leadership is one of the most desired leaderships with regard to statistics and involves the following: equality, competence, creativity, resolution, cleverness and honesty.
3. Strategic Leadership Style
Strategic leadership includes a leader who is essentially an organization’s head. The strategic leader is not just at the top of the organisation. It is designed for a broader consultation at all levels who want a high – performance life, team or organization. By providing a prescriptive set of habits, the strategic leader fills the gap between the need for new possibilities and the need for practicality. Effective strategic leadership delivers the benefits that an organization naturally expects in times of change from its leadership. 55% of this leadership usually involves intentional thinking.
4. Transformational Leadership
Transformation leadership, unlike other leadership styles, is all about initiating changes in organizations, groups, oneself and others. Transformation leaders encourage others to do more than they originally intended and often more than they believed possible. They set more challenges and typically achieve higher performance. 5. Team Leadership

Organizations, especially international ones, need leaders who can adapt their leadership effectively to work in different areas. The majority of the leadership in the United States is cross – cultural due to the different cultures that live and work there.
7. Facilitative Leadership
Consultative leadership depends too much on measurementsandresults–not a skill, but it requires a lot of skills to master. The efficiency of a group relates directly to the efficiency of its process. When the group works very well, the facilitator uses a light hand on the process. On the other hand, if the group is functioning poorly, the facilitator will be more guidelines to help the group carry out its process. Effective facilitative leadership involves group dynamics monitoring, providing process suggestions and interventions to help the group stay on track.
8. Laissez-faire Leadership
Leadership of laissez – faire gives authority to employees. Departments or subordinates can work, as they choose, with minimal or no interference, according to azcentral. 9. Transactional Leadership

11. Charismatic Leadership
In this guidance, the charismatic leader manifests his revolutionary power. Charisma is not just a change of behavior. It actually involves a transformation of followers’ values and beliefs. Therefore, it distinguishes a charismatic leader from a simply populist leader who may affect attitudes towards specific matters, but who is not prepared as the captivating leader, to change the underlying normative orientation that structures specific attitudes.
12. Visionary Leadership
This form of leadership includes leaders who recognize that the approaches, stages and processes of leadership are all accomplished with and by people. Most big and successful leaders have the aspects of vision within them. However, those who are very visionary have a visionary leadership role. Outstanding leaders will always transform their visions into realities.
