The main proper role for Secretary-General is to organise parliamentary business under the leadership of the President, the Bureau and the Conference of Presidents. Moreover. In addition, examine and sign all acts adopted jointly by Parliament and the Council, together with the President of the European Parliament and also assist the President in preparing the meetings of the Conference of Presidents, and assisting the President and the chairs of the political groups during their meetings also some of the proper role of the Secretary-General in United Nations.
