This book has influenced a large variety of people through out the years, from Warren Buffett to Charles Manson. Those two people, Buffet and Manson, actually convey the weirdness that is carnegie’s novel in the contemporary period. How to Win Friends&Influence People is book you will see in a few other ways, and the small ampersand separates the two purposes of this novel far more than was originally intended. While people like Buffett praise it for its useful technique, it’s also simple to think how one might apply those similar techniques for bad. Which is to say, dependent on who you are, you will see carnegie’s novel in two different ways: To get friends or to affect people. At times i let my pride get the best of me and limit myself of the success i could possibly achieve This is why I am so grateful to have a family who is willing to help me overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of me living a successful life.

By listening to other's stories and life experiences you really get understand about different aspects of life and you can make positive changes in yourself. It's a simple Phenomenon that every person feels special when you show some extra interest in him/her. My life changed when I learned a very simple set of principles; ‘Listen more than you talk’, ‘Smile’, ‘Remember people’s names’, and ‘Encourage others to talk about themselves’. This book revealed a whole new way of connecting with others that I had seen others have, but never experienced myself, i tried to do some of these things but never to the extent that the book uses. In closing I'd like to say that i very much enjoyed this book and i have learned a lot from dale carnegle and his writings. Friends & Influence People is one of the best selling self-help books of all time. The book has influenced a wide range of people over the years, from Warren Buffett to Charles Manson. Those two people, Buffet and Manson, really express the weirdness that is Carnegie’s book in the modern era. Let’s dig into it.
