In this paper as a data quality analyst and with all the required knowledge in interoperability I will have to move on and create a data project for a large hospital system. I will do this through supporting g the interoperability and health information exchange. A data project has the following steps which need to be followed well for the success of the system in the given hospital to be seen up without fail (In Harman, L. B., & In Cornelius, F. H. 2017).  It is through this that we should focus on implementing this steps which include the following,

Planning and organization- well-planned service products are more likely seen to have a strong  impact and at the end create effective and transparent communication between the community, exchange ideas, conduct a community assessment and set up service goals which are all used in creating a project plan.

Acquiring resources- here on the data analyst is required to take the advantage of outsourcing grants and fundraisers in order for him or her to be able to acquire resources for the project.

Implementing g the project- this is done through effective communication, sharing the ideas of the project and finally through asking questions a long way in the process of making the project.

Evaluating and promoting and it happens once the project is complete, the analyst of data needs to take time in order to reflect on the impacts and the success together with the challenges which are faced up in the whole process. The lessons which are learned here are used in the process of updating the service goals, promoting the project and finally making sure that you submit the best project ever.

As research in the health sector shows HIMSS is continually working in order to provide crucial tools for the advancement of the semantic interoperability and the standards which are health based and which the IT systems are seen to lead to a well and meaningful health information exchange. Through the interactions of active volunteer groups which we notice that they fall under the interoperability and the health information exchange committee as the data analyst I would move on and engage leaders all throughout the year round in order for them to be able to develop the tools and the resources which are needed in the organization. Again as the data quality analyst in our hospital and as interoperability describes the extent in which the data systems and devices can be used in the process of exchanging data, for more than two systems to be able to be interoperable, they must be in one way or the other be in a position to exchange data and subsequently present that data such that an individual can understand it. In order to make sure that this happens the use of standards in the process of enabling data to be shared across disparate healthcare settings regardless of the application or vendor is set up.

The system of interoperability and the ability to share and to be in a position to utilize information between more than two information systems is too critical in today’s increasingly and interconnected health care environment. This represents one of the most challenging issues which are facing the health care community as we pursue a patient centered health care reform. It also aims at putting vendors, providers, payers and policy makers in a common room with a common vision of true interoperability and also aims at connecting the benefits which patients and primary physicians face up (Peters, D. H., Tran, N. T., Adam, and T 2013). This is important in making sure that there is data integrity in our hospital and that all the information which are provided are right. It can also be achieved through involving active volunteer groups which include the interoperability and HIE community together with the committee as they will be engaged all year round to make sure this succeeds up.

A strategic solution is put in place also, and it involves utilizing these systems integrators that specialize in systems development and integration which are leveraged in innovative data management platforms to create new systems. In order to be able to achieve this we see that the system rapidly collects data which are from disparate sources making the project a success which has a clear chain of custody and moves to the point of even integrating and normalizing the data, and finally providing up reports which are going to be used in decision-making process within our organization. This system has moved to the extent of playing a very important role in improving the organization's capabilities in meeting its mission and vision requirements to make sure that it achieves its objectives and goals (Hetico, H. R. 2007).

Again the AAFF also understands that through removing these roadblocks and eliminating the isolated data silos are the steps which are incurred toward improving efficiency, safety and care quality in all health services sector in our hospital. This is why we have efforts which are aimed at creating and also supporting technical standards for the secure and ubiquitous transfer of the health data. The AAFP has over the time worked with the office of the given national coordinator of the hospitals health information technology in order to provide input as to how members who are voluntary of the national health information exchange (HIE) should be accredited well certified and even though audited for it to reach the said compliance with security and transparency policies. Offered policymakers detailed input, guidance and feedback in the area of technical HIE protocols and standards; Pushed to confirm that communication protocols established between payers and providers fully reflect the needs of physician offices

Through the process of integrating and normalizing decision which is relevant to data, it provides an analytical environment that allows decision-makers to understand the pedigree of the intelligence requirements and needs thus moving to the extent of facilitating informed and impactful course of action and investment decisions which are very important in every business across the whole world. All data points here are linked up thus enabling in depth analysis of any points with the present of data integrity in our hospital a lot of benefits are seen to come on and they include validating the need to implement a common taxonomy, significantly reduced data call response time in the hospital, the process of providing an integrated analysis of the current assets which are required and the product of the data. It will also lead to an automated standardized reporting as well as rapid production against ad hoc reporting requirement within the health care center. In conclusion, we come to recognize that data stewardship is accomplished using both the secondary and population databases, we have also discussed on how we can achieve interoperability and information exchange within an organization to make sure that data integrity is a success.
