Assumptions risks occur from the view that project team makes as to the outcome of the project and might not happen. For example, can result from the gap between what the project team assumes and how the customer is going to react to the new product or service. External risks occur from external forces such as economic, political and from the market. For example, can cause from changes in governmental policy, laws, acts and different regulations.
